本刊是中国科学技术协会主管、中国病理生理学会主办、暨南大学承办的国家级综合性病理生理学高级学术刊物。杂志刊登有关病理生理学理论研究（包括实验研究和临床研究）方面的论著、专题综述、教学研究、科研仪器和药品评价介绍等，注重介绍疾病发病机制和临床病理生理学研究。适合医药院校教学科研人员、研究生、临床医务工作者和高年级医学生阅读。

DDIT4 对脑缺血再灌注损伤中自噬的调控作用

摘要：Stroke,especially ischemic stroke,is a serious threat to human health due to its high morbidity,le-thality and disability.Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is an important pathophysiological process of ischemic stroke.As an important cell stress protein,DNA damage-inducible transcript 4(DDIT4)protein plays an important role in cerebral is-chemia-reperfusion injury,and it provides a new target for the study and treatment of cerebral ischemia -reperfusion injury. This review will focus on the structure and expression of DDIT 4,and its latest research progress on the regulation of auto-phagy in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
